Ray “Ke” Keala Kamakea, 52, of Puna, died April 13 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was a member of the Classic Cruise Club and several motorcycle clubs. Celebration of life to be held at a later date. Survived by wife Melisa Pelekane-Kamakea of Puna; children Iray Kamakea, Kesha Kamakea, Ray Kekoa Kamakea, Joseph Kamakea, Rayann Kamakea and Raylene Kamekea; fathers Ray (Marilyn) Kamakea and Michael Souza; mother Donna Leandro; siblings Loyale (Ray) Riveira, Sharuga Kamakea, Samson (Talia) Kamakea, Iran (Kawehi) Kamakea, Joe (Annie) Kamakea, Jason Kamakea, Elijah Kamakea and Jessa Kamakea; three grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Peter Lee

Peter R. Lee III, 70, of Hilo, died Oct. 19 at home. Born in Hilo, he was a laundry worker for the Hilo Medical Center and worked for California Hawaiian Foliage. Wade Park

Steven Devonshire

Steven Charles Devonshire, 76, of Kailua-Kona, died Sept. 22 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Exochi, Greece, he was a carpenter and a U.S. Army veteran. Memorial service to be held Dec. 9 from 3-5 p.m. at his residence. Darla Kaili

Darla May Kaili, 78, of Hilo died on Oct. 17 at the Hilo Medical Center. Terry Leland

Terry Lynn Leland, 65, of Kona, died on Oct. 7. Born in Vallejo, Calif., he lived most of his life in Kona and was an avid cook and a mechanic. Miyuki Inouye, 86, of Kealakekua, died Oct. 4 at the Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honaunau, she was a school food service manager for the state Department of Education.
